Meet Our Team

Dale Taylor has over 40 years of HVAC experience. He loves seeing the team grow and succeed. He considers his biggest accomplishment “building a business from nothing and supporting his family.” In his free time, Dale enjoys a number of outdoor activities like running, camping, fly fishing, and deer hunting with his family.

Andrew has 4 years in HVAC. What he likes about working for Dale’s in the emphasis on working together like a family. Andrew can be found bass fishing or spending time with his wife or kids when he has free time.

Aaron has 2 years working in HVAC. Dale’s family-oriented atmosphere and desire to succeed is what Aaron enjoys about working here. In his free time, Aaron plays baseball and spends time with his family, who he considers his best motivators.

Derrick has worked for 1 year in HVAC. The team environment and strong leadership, along with helping customers, is what Derrick enjoys about coming to work for Dale’s. In his free time, Derrick checks out the local Chattanooga music scene and spends time with his family.

Corey has 13 years of working in the HVAC industry. He finds honesty and integrity are important parts of the work atmosphere at Dale’s Heating and Air. In his free time, Corey plays softball and spends time with his family. His favorite part of Chattanooga are the various local events the city has to offer.

Steven has one year of experience with HVAC. He says his family motivates him to work hard and in his free time, he enjoys hiking through the mountains surrounding Chattanooga.

Sandra has worked as a dispatcher for Dale’s for over 2 years. She enjoys helping others and loves being a part of the Dale’s Heating and Air family. In her free time, she hangs out with her son and their dogs.

Stepheny has been with the Dale’s Heating and Air family for over a year. The Dale’s Heating and Air family is what motivates her to work hard and bring the best service to Dale’s customers. In her free time, she enjoys camping, sewing, taking trips to the Cherokee National Forest, and reading.

Jordan attended the Chattanooga State Technical Community College TCAT program for HVAC-R and graduated in 2018. What Jordan enjoys working for Dale’s are the friendships he makes with his co-workers. In his free time, Jordan enjoys watching movies.
