We needed a new AC & gas furnace. After discussing equipment, including presentations at three different price points, we agreed to a contract at a fair price. On the date of the installation the crew arrived on time and went right to work. While they removed the old equipment the hooked up a temporary AC unit to keep us comfortable! The work was completed early, including the time it took to acquaint us with our new WiFi thermostat. All in all a good experience from a good local company.

Derrick was a huge help and was super friendly. He came out and did a quick inspection (he was the 4th ac tech we had come out) and found our problem right away and was very informative when it came to the details. Compared to the other guys, Dale's was above and beyond the best. I definitely would recommend them they're super fast and attentive.

The 4th time the company came out our unit was finally fixed. Our service man even said, whoever came out before did not clean the coils completely so he took care of it. It shouldn’t of taken that long to do the job correctly but we are thankful they did continue to come out until it was fixes. Eric was the one that found the issue and finally got us our air. I would recommend the company over any other in the area due to their great customer service when there was an issue.
Eric done a great job repairing our fan motor on one of our condensing units. Very much appreciated. Eric was professional and polite. Probably the highest cost for serves in the area. Maybe Dale should review these cost and look for way to reduce them before customers start looking at his competition. Thanks
Appointment scheduled, and then rescheduled due to Corona Virus restrictions. Eric arrived, his usual courteous self, with PPE (gloves and booties) and got straight to work. System checked, cleaned, and order closed out with no issues. Thank you, Dale’s Heating and Air, and Eric.

I'm so satisfied with my service performed by Aaron I no longer am thinking of changing HVAC companies. I have NOT been happy with my two previous service calls. The last one was not effective considering the items not serviced compared to what Aaron serviced. Last yr., I had to unplug my upstairs condensation line less than 24 hrs. after your service tech had left. You should know, I was in SR. MGMT. with Copeland Corp. for 26 yrs. I know a little about HVAC ! I was the Production Mgr./Leadership Training MGR. I really want to point out Aarons professional approach. He covered everything he done to service our units.
