Andrew was awesome. He came to give me a quote on my soft ducting. I was told that I needed to spend a great deal on an unnecessary project by another company. Dale’s is honest to a fault. They said I did not need to do what the other company said I needed. They are charging me less than a tenth of what the other company was charging. I have used Dale since I moved in in 1987. They are wonderful. Andrew was so honest, kind, prompt and thorough. You could not get a better H VAC company. Ask for Andrew. He is the best

Very impressed by Curtis’ professional and thorough approach to reviewing the HVAC units. Knowledgeable and communicated very well. He took the time to clearly document and take photos / videos of his observations. We discussed the observations and I was satisfied with a fair evaluation. Thank you Curtis.

Service man arrived in the time advised. He confirmed the service he was to do and set about accomplishing it. He advised me when he was finished and that he found no issues. I paid him and he left. A very courteous, informative gentleman.
