Brendon was very thorough with his maintenance inspection and patiently went through all the issues he found together with the recommended fixes to ensure our HVACs can soldier on for another 5 - 10 years. As an engineer, I appreciated his detailed explanations, and it was apparent he's very knowledgeable about HVAC systems.
He also went above and beyond to put together a custom package that includes all the fixes at the lowest price possible. HVAC repairs sure isn't cheap so this was also much appreciated.
A great experience all around.
