Eric was my service person. He was knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, respectful, professional and most of all--experienced! He knows what he's doing!! He replaced my condensor fan motor for my outside air conditioner. He worked efficiently, answered all questions in a sincere way, and is a top-notch representative for Dale's. He keeps appointments on time. If I ever need more work involving heating and air, I would definitely call Dales and ask for him to be my service person.

If you expect a company to call BEFORE they show up, if you expect a company to actually keep you in the loop regarding arrival times, if you expect someone to actually HAVE customer service that isn't working at ChickFilA then YOU NEED TO CALL DALE'S! All around THE BEST experience and customer service. BTW: I put "worst review ever", b/c I thought people would read it. LOL Who wants to read the good stuff. LOL
