We have a reading on our carbon monoxide detector last night and immediately called Dale‘s heating and air who put us in touch with their technician Derek. Over the phone he was extremely helpful and advised us to go through certain steps to ensure we would be safe for the night, so we made an appointment for service today. Derek arrived right on time he was extremely knowledgeable as to all of the problems our unit entailed along with advising us of possible upcoming problems and what to do to prevent them. We were very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone.
