Dale's has been our heating and air 'guy' for years for a reason. They call me to remind me of needing the system to be checked out....I can't remember everything, who can? When the tech comes (thanks again Aaron), he automatically puts on shoe covers and is careful not to drag in dirt from the yard. This particular visit, I told Aaron that I had daughter that works 2nd shift who was asleep. I barely heard him moving through the house or going in or out! My daughter didn't hear a thing! He took all the pets following him around in stride too. As a woman, it feels really good to know that Dale, Aaron, and the office staff, all care that I feel safe, secure, and well taken care of.
