Curtis did an excellent job. I greatly appreciate the time he took showing me how to clean the filters on my mini units and the type of filters to use on the vented unit. His use of pictures gave me a better understanding of the unit and the maintenance involved. I think he went above and beyond to get the units cleaned up.

Great experience with Dale’s HVAC service. Had one company come out and propose a $1400 repair, or $8500 new system but called Dale’s for a second opinion and they determined it was a faulty relay switch on my thermostat and I just needed to replace it. Very happy with their service and their super-knowledgeable technician.

Dales always does a great job. I have used them for years. Dale hires the best technicians too. Kyle is a great example. Kyle walked up and immediately recognized my unit wasn’t running correctly. Time well spent to investigate. I’m thankful for the service that I received!
