After a poor experience with another local company I contacted Dale’s via an online request form. I received a call within 30 minutes of my request with great professionalism and care was scheduled to have Aaron come out for an estimate the following day. Aaron was on time, I received a call preempting his arrival. Aaron did a great job assessing the problem, called the manufacturer to identify I was still under warranty and provided a fair quote. I was so pleased specifically with Aaron service that I gladly took his recommendation to purchase and annual service plan. My part was promptly ordered and Aaron was back within the same week to install a new Blower Motor and service both my units. I’m very pleased with my experience and will both give referrals when I can and be a loyal customer moving forward.
