The technician arrive as scheduled. With a friendly greeting. He attended to the needs of our system. He was done in a few hours and was very clean. Even wore booties when coming inside. Our system works wonderfully. We most certainly will utilize Dales for our yearly maintenance next year

The crew was very professional and completed the service as expected. The only problem was that they were an hour late with no prior notification. The lead apologized on arrival claiming an "extended meeting". The office should have called affected customers and informed them of the delay. This interfered with my plans for the day.

Aaron, was so persistent in determining why my unit stopped working. For some reason the indoor control was not communicating with the unit. He kept rechecking to make sure he didn’t miss anything. After rebooting the unit it was up and running. Thanks Aaron!

I want to let everyone know that Aaron did a great job troubleshooting my Lennox system. He has made some great recommendations for the care and maintenance of this Lennox unit. I look forward to recieving my maintenance quote so we can get work completed. Aaron acted very knowledgable and professional was doing the system discovery and checkout. I would like Aaron to do all of my maintenance or if I need a new system I want him to install the new system. I feel like I can really trust him.

We have used Dale's since 2007 and have never been disappointed with the workers. They always cover their shoes, now wear a mask and are very efficient and clear about what they are doing or what they find wrong. If something is wrong they are usually very quick at getting the repair done reasonably, as long as they have the part.
