Don't bother wasting time and calling other places. This place has great service from the csr on the phone to the techs. Always friendly and honest. Jordan, from Dale's, is a very skilled and knowledgable tech. I had a no cooling issue. Jordan was able to troubleshoot and repair in under an hour. Turned out to be a broken thermostat wire. He was able to use an extra wire in the loom to repair my system. The 67 dollar service fee covered it.

Everything went perfectly, from initial call to service.

This was scheduled service to make sure my gas furnace is in good working order. The technician, Derrick, arrived early. He explained what he would be doing, went right to work. When he finished he took the time to answer all my questions regarding the condition of my unit which is about 13 years old. He explained a new test he had performed and how he was able to use the results to tweak the efficiency of my furnace. I have been using Dale's for about five years to maintain my home HVAC and have not been disappointed. Keep up the good service and work.
