Your Best Choice for Furnace and AC Repair in Ooltewah, TN (34)

Derrick came in to check our old unit. He found issues with the old unit that rendered the unit unusable and potentially a health hazard for our family. He contacted home office who immediately responded with recommendations of replacement and upgrades of our unit. Not only did Derrick (and the entire Dale's team) replace our unit with an efficient and money saving unit, they supplied my home with a temporary room unit until the central unit could be installed. We are now devoted Dale's Heating and Air customers. I highly recommend Dale's, and his entire team, when you need any type of heating or air service.

Aaron had to make 3 trips because the first time the problem couldn’t be found but then when we called the second time he was relentless in finally finding the problem but didn’t have the right part on the truck. He did have a part that he could use until the permanent one did so that way we wouldn’t have to go without a/c over the weekend. He came back on Tuesday and replaced it and everything is back to normal

Andrew was great and took care of my problem super fast! Thanks!

Great service but I wish they scheduled service calls on weekends.

It was very hot but they managed to get someone out the very next day to review what the problem was. A part had to be ordered which took three days but they called me same day and installed it the same day. Thank you

I received calls to confirm the appointment time, to tell me he was on the way. He was polite. I felt comfortable and left him to do his work as I did mine.

Great service from the phone call to the invoice.

We are always comfortable with Aaron R as our technician. We get reliable and trusted service from a capable young man.

The installation crew of team leader Cory and Stephen were very professional and did a great job. I was tremendously impressed when Cory apprised me that during duct replacement process that it would not be possible to run a seamless piece of the same size because the area in the attic was severely limited in terms of accessibility. Evidently, this limitation exists since the original duct work was installed after that section of the attic was constructed. Not stopping there, Cory wisely improvised and developed an effective workaround solution that still achieves greater airflow circulation and performance efficiency. Kudos to Cory for his professional honestly in informing me as some technicians might have chosen not to inform the customer about this issue and go ahead and sweep it under the rug. Equally importantly, I am grateful for his creative thinking and resourcefulness that managed to achieve the desired performance result from my new 16 SEER Carrier Performance Series HVAC system. All in all, everything went according to the plan and schedule, my installation was carried out successfully. I appreciate all of the extra thoughts and efforts by Cory and Stephen as well as their attention to detail that ensured no damages occurred to my property while removing old HVAC system and installing my new Carrier HVAC system. I have complete confidence in Dale's Heating & Air and Carrier HVAC systems for quality, pricing and outstanding service. The best testimonial I can offer is this my second HVAC system purchased from Dale's Heating & Air in the past year for my new home and I am completely satisfied by the equipment, pricing and support. And lastly, I would like to shout out my sincere gratitude and thanks to Chris Coleman, Project Manger, for presenting me with the best technical options along with taking the element of affordability into consideration. His wise counsel made my decisions easier and less stressful. I am fairly certain that I and my family will be very comfortable and pleased for many, many years to come.
