Have been working with Dale's Heat and Air and now Plumbing since the company started and have always found service and work performed to be exceptional.

Technician was polite, did his job professionally and was personable at the same time. He did not push more service but at the same time gave recommendations for the future.

It was a pleasure meeting Eric today. I am grateful that he masterfully resolved the air noise problem related to my new expanded commercial grille. Last night when I replaced the existing air filter that was a 3M three month rated filter with another identical filter a constant whining noise would appear whenever the heating mode activated. I had to open the grille several times to adjust the filter in order to try to stop the disconcerting noise. I was highly impressed when Eric examined the new grille and told me he could adjust the frame so that the locking mechanisms that were on the bottom and flip the grille unit so that they would be on the top. To fix the noise problem (and save my sanity), Eric creatively made several adjustments on the interior of the grille's framework and that did the trick. Not stopping there. Eric inquired if I had a fiberglass filter and he recommended installing it as opposed to the 3M filter. Thanks to Eric scientific interpretation, I learned that the fiberglass filter is better designed to promote increased air flow that achieves greater efficiency. Again, I appreciate the exemplary customer service orientation of Eric and the commitment of Dale's Heating, Air and Plumbing to customer satisfaction. In the future, I look forward to a new HVAC split-level model for the upstairs area of my residence. We have always had excellent service. Recently, one of our heating units went out and we had a gas smell in our house. I called Dale’s and they came quickly to our house. A part was needed and they told me it would be the next day before they could repair it. However, they called me back several hours later and were able to send someone to repair it that same day. They seem to be efficient and trustworthy.
