The two service providers were very courteous and knowledgeable! The second serviceman provided us with extensive descriptions about the unit and additional services that were available! We inquired about the different type of units that they carry in case in the near future, our current old unit may become too costly to repair. He advised us about the different options that are available in purchasing a new unit. We were very pleased with the serviceman's knowledge and time in speaking to us!

He took his time and checked everything including the split unit in attic, the thermostats, cleaning and checking the 2 units outside, the duck work in the crawl space and the air flow. He made it a very pleasant experience.
