Curtis did a great job of addressing issues that will help prolong the life of our HVAC systems. He was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable.

Kyle was awesome, great customer service, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Came out on a hot Saturday and was very through and enthusiastic about what he could do to solve my problem.

The tech that came out to trouble shoot our Air conditioning was very knowledgeable, friendly and went above what I would expect a technician to go. Dales A/C has always surpassed the typical technition. They have been our service provider for several year and have never let us down

Curtis took his time to explain, and show me, the steps he was going to take to replace a line and other maintenance items on my unit! Super friendly, careful moving in and out of the house and he had step by step pictures to show me after he finished the job!

The only thing I didn’t do fives stars on was cost, but I’m the guy that remembers gas at $0.89c a gallon. I had to change my appointment and they worked with me on that. That to me is customer service. The technician that came in explained everything. I would recommend Dales.

I have been a customer of Dales Heating and Air for 5 years and can't say enough good things about them and their service techs. Kyle was great and gave me good advice on the importance of using good air filters.

Rodrigo was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable, explained and showed me what the problem was, provided options to repair or not. Worked quickly and was thorough. Wore booties over his boots when coming in the house. The price seemed very fair. Would highly recommend and will use them again.
