Good Manager of Bad News
We knew the news of our AC unit might be bad. In that we weren’t disappointed. The assessment by Curtis yielded a report that was hard to hear. Our aging unit would need costly repairs. Curtis was very professional and personable in his report to us. More importantly, we trusted his integrity in a competitive business.
