Derrick did a fantastic job! We recently got a new smart thermostat that isn’t known on the market and even though he was not familiar with it, he went out of his way to really try to understand why it was not working well with our HVAC unit and spent a good amount of time trying to find the root of the cause. Our air conditioning stopped working and would not cool down at all. At the end of it all we were able to make informed decisions on if we wanted to keep that thermostat and went back to our trusty original one and had air condition back within minutes of reinstall. Knowing nothing about heat pumps or how they operate I am at a loss as to know how to evaluate the service. The gentleman that worked on mine today sounded to me and convince me that he knew what he was doing and I had some experience with it at this point, I am happy with the service and with the service workman that performed the service.

Rodrigo did a thorough job, he found a problem with our heat pump compressor but didn’t try to up sell us, he wants to do further testing in the cooling season to make sure that is the correct issue.
