The technician (Said, S) was very helpful. When scheduling my maintenance appointment I let them know that i had some questions regarding my air intake pipe. I found a hole but wanted verification. I had a picture but Said, S went above and beyond and got in my crawl space to verify and recommended what I could do to fix it. I didn't ask him to physically check but he did and I felt better about how to go forward. He was professional and very pleasant and easy to talk too. Put me at easy concerning this issue. Dale's has always delivered expert product and service to me. When they came to install my unit a few years ago, it was the coldest day of the year, 13 degrees F and started icing outside. They called the trucks off the road, but they brought me a heater to use until they could install my new unit. That was unparalleled service. The costs of maintenance isn't cheap, but they do offer Dale's Comfort Club with a small discount. The technician comes out twice a year for maintenance as well keeps an eye on the UV bulb which helps keeping allergens, dust, animal dander at bay. I do highly recommend Dale's Heating & Air. Andrew, my technician, is an absolutely precious, highly qualified, and knowledgeable gentleman. If all service personnel in this world were like him, it would indeed a much more pleasant place.

Andrew diagnosed the issue very quickly. He was able to get it fixed in a timely manner. I was very pleased to have been seen today.

The service could not have been any better. The service men were very courteous. They answered all my questions and worked swiftly to get everything done. They asked if I had a carbon monoxide detecter and when I answered no but I probably should have one, they installed one for me. Much appreciated their service.

Andrew has been servicing both systems, Spring and Fall for a few years. Extremely personable! He takes his time to explain and make suggestions. We know he checks the filter intakes, because he said one needed to be changed and offered to replace. Oops, my husband forgot it. Was not until we went from our previous HVAC company to Dale's, did we actually know how inept the quality of service we previously received. We have been more than pleased.
