Such great work from Dales. Where do I begin! Nathan’s crew from Dales heating and cooling are like A/C magicians. Imagine if some of the nicest people in the world ended up being your A/C installation crew? Wouldn’t that be amazing? That’s the sort of service you get at Dales. They are hard working, efficient, and good at what they do, but usually these sort of crews lack interpersonal skills and communication skills (soft skills). Not at Dales. These guys were friendly and kept me in the loop at what they were doing the whole time. Not only that, but they left my house spotless. You wouldn’t thing I just had a crew of workers up and down my steps and attic. Clean Clean Clean! Way to go Dales. Keep training them right!

My air conditioning wasn’t working. I expected to have to wait two or three days to be able to get service. Dale’s was able to come out the next day. Andrew gave the usual efficient, polite service I have come to expect from Dales’s. Thanks.

Their technicians (in our case Derrick and Zack) are timely, professional, take care to keep your home clean, explain their findings and perform the needed work. We had a service Technician (Keller) come out who did an outstanding job. Keller was professional from the start. Very courteous, to the point and knew his job. Keller is the type of technician you want to come into your home for repairs or maintenance. Keller is welcome back anytime to work on our HVAC units.
