He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He was courteous and efficient.

Very professional and efficient service call.

Jordan was pleasant, professional and timely

Aaron did a great job in checking things out and did it with such kindness and interest. And the new contract price was acceptable.

Good experience with the technician, Eric, however; we are not pleased with this heat pump as we have had two repairs, of different parts, on this heat pump in less than a year.

Eric did a detailed diagnosis of my heating system for a great price.

Friendly and professional service. Explained what was done during the visit. Kept my floors clean by covering his shoes. Thanks!

Always a pleasure doing business with the folks from Dales’s.

Seems as the technician did a complete inspection and cleaning of our propane furnace. He gave a good report as to the condition of the furnace.

Technician arrived on time. Was dressed in company uniform and explained what he was going to do. He was very thorough, professional, and courteous. He went over the tasks he performed and what he found in detail and was open to any questions I had. This helped with gaining the trust of his company.
