Most small business owners covet employees who possess the following skills: Attention to detail; team building; and customer service. Derrick Dixon aptly and effortlessly demonstrates his command of all of these invaluable traits. He also has a dynamic personality and well-verserd in many subjects, particularly related to technology. In the area of providing top-notch customer service while conducting preventive maintenance, Derrick not only fixed the handle to the gate that he needed to access the location of the HVAC unit, he managed to straighten two columns at the top that incurred slight movement during a recent new roof installation. Not stopping there, when Derrick inspected the water filter associated with the humidifier system in the crawl space he tightened a loose connection to that device which had been leaking a small amount of water. Without any reservation, I am grateful for the outstanding customer service provided by Derrick Dixon today and glad to have selected Dale's Heating & Air for all of my HVAC requirements.

Andrew came out on Monday for my problem and looked at the units and said all was good. On Tuesday afternoon the problem started again,I called and they sent Eric out and he found the problem and fixed it. I thought the price was a little high, then I received an e-mail with paid bill and it said you could save $38.10, no one told me that which if I could have saved the money why did they not tell me when I paid him.
