Your Best Choice for Furnace and AC Repair in Ooltewah, TN (33)

I have used Dale's several times and they have always given me great work. Told several neighbors and they also used them and thought they do excellent work.

We appreciate that we can trust our tech Aaron.

Always great service and competitive pricing.

The technician who came to check our HVAC units was polite, efficient, and thorough. We are impressed!

On time, ready to work, and a true professional. He remembered where everything was located and gave me a thorough backbrief. Very satisfied!

Derrick was friendly and efficient. I received service within a couple of hours of my call even though it wasn’t an emergency. Friendly office staff as well.

On time and very helpful.

Heat would not come on. Called Dale's about 8 am on Monday morning. Service technician was here in approximately 30 minutes. Repair was completed and the heat was back on within 30 minutes. Technician was extremely courteous and took time to explain the problem, even showing me a cell phone picture he took of the problem found before the repair. Great response and great service.

we needed new ductwork and within 1 week the job was completed....the techs arrived at 8:30 in the am and were done by 2:30pm. They took the time listening to my concerns and answering my questions. I am excited to have better indoor quality air again ....it is working good now and hope for a long time to come.

Andrew was terrific! We had an emergency need as our air conditioning was leaking water late Thursday night...we were closing on our house early the next morning and he came right over and fixed the problem. Hats off to Andrew as he is a great representative for Dales Heating and Air!

Dale has been our Heating and Air Company for awhile. Their service has been excellence. Although we have never had trouble, we trust Dales to take care of us. The maintanance people have always seem very service oriented and professional.

A good job all the way around! Greatly appreciated! Diagnosed the problem, communicated well, had the parts needed, got the work done promptly, and smiled all the way through. Thank you!, Thank you!, Thank you!

Our A/C wasn't working, so we called Dale's (after hours). Eric came out and fixed our problem within an hour and a half after the call was made. WOW!

Excellent work Our unit is working great now

This service visit was, as usual, professional and friendly. Every effort was made to find out why my thermostat/air conditioning unit didn’t seem to be working as expected. When investigation showed the unit itself didn’t seem to be the problem, a new thermostat was installed at no charge (I had purchased a new one just a few months earlier) to see if the problem was the thermostat. Time will tell if this fixes the problem, but so far so good!

Great experience and a very thorough inspection and preventative maintenance.
