Aaron was excellent! He quickly located our problem, explained the process to fix it, and was in and out in 30 minutes. We could have easily been taken for thousands given the number of rip off artist in the HVAC industry. Instead, it was $135. Dales Heating and air will continue to get my business and I will request Aaron as my service technician. Well done!

I called Dale’s this morning, and within an hour Derrick was at my home looking at my A/C. My unit is 30 years old, and in pretty bad shape. He still tried to fix it though to avoid me having to get a new one! I ultimately did, and he listed everything out in a simplified way and didn’t pressure me to get one or the other. It was definitely more expensive than I had anticipated, and when I shared my concerns Derrick offered several of options to be able to finance. Can’t wait to get my new A/C!
