Dale's is truly a breath of fresh air when it comes to having a HVAC unit serviced. Unfortunately for me, they have had to visit my residence 3 times this year for various problems with my 2 units. Each and every time they have been on time and did a great job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it promptly. No nonsense or over-inflated prices. GREAT place to do HVAC service work, and the technicians are knowledgeable and polite.

Technician was extremely courteous and clean. He took time to explain what he was doing and answered my questions politely. He went out of his way to repair small items such as piping and duct insulation, even a nearby loose cable box lid. Good folks!
