Amazing service. I bought this house about 2 years ago and haven't head the unit serviced and the unit was very dirty. It looks like brand new! The service technician, I believe his name was Andrew, showed me before and after pictures... like day and night. I also had a loud noise and vibration. The service technician showed me what was causing noise/vibration and why. Incredible service from the technician. I would definitely recommend Dale's Heating and Air to friends and family.

Our heat quit working right before the weather was supposed to get cold again. I called Dale's around 9pm on Tuesday evening and their person was there the next afternoon about 1pm and had our heat back on in no time! I had used Dale's the previous year when the heat quit on the coldest day of the year! The technician, Eric, was great last year and again this year. I will definitely keep using Dale's and am especially excited that they have added plumbing services!

The Dales team were very professional from the beginning. I was having a number of issues with my heating and cooling systems, and they worked hard to find the solution which was best for me.
