Aaron did a thorough and efficient job of checking the HVAC systems. Also, he was kind, explained everything well, and he was polite.

The tech (Andrew) was very professional and handled the problem with our heating quickly. He also addressed my concerns about a previous maintenance visit and assured me if the issue was something that wasn't completed from the previous visit that we wouldn't be charged for it. That was indeed the case and I appreciate him explaining the problem to me while fixing it. If I had a choice I would prefer Andrew to always be our tech from now on. My wife has also expressed her appreciation because now we are sitting in a toasty warm house.

Tanner did an excellent job finding the problem and fixing it. The problem was due to the previous Technician placing caps on the unit which restricted airflow so the flame couldn't ignite to produce heat. I have no issue paying for the service call in which Tanner gave a great service, but I hope to not have to pay for additional service fees in the future that were created by Dale's instead of them being mechanical issues.
