I have always had excellent service with Dale's Heating and Air. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous just like yesterday when Rodrigo came out to check my unit for the Comfort Care plan.

Rodrigo was fantastic!! Had to call on a Saturday morning but Rodrigo was nothing but smiles. He found the problem and fixed as best he could. It needed new parts he did not have so he came back Monday and fixed it very quickly.

Aaron is Great! I had lots of questions which he answered and he didn't mind that I was watching the process.

Eric came out and listened to the problem. Went to work and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fixed the problem and the ram a full diagnostic test of the system and said I was good to go. And no charge since it was a follow visit and he corrected a problem wire from the last visit.

Tanner is willing to go the extra mile in his service work. Professional and cordial at the same time. Took the time to explain the working of my unit in terms I could understand. Enjoyed the visit. Harley Carter Georgetown, TN.
