This is the second time we’ve had to call on Dale’s to help us with a hearing an air issue and both times we had such a great experience. Service Rep. Eric arrived on time. After examining our AC unit, explained in detail our problem and proceeded to explain our options and the cost involved. He serviced the AC unit and checked to see that it was working correctly before leaving. Other than the cost of the service, at this time, we are again enjoying cooling in out home.
